All Näz products are made in the most sustainable way possible, we have a big concern about the environment but even bigger concern about the quality of life of those who produce Näz pieces. All our production in made in Portugal in trustworthy companies with great concern about their employees.

We want you to be happy with your product, if for any reason, you wish to return/ exchange an item purchased at full price from our website please contact us within 10 days after arrival of your order.  All returns must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, if the product shows signs of being worn, washed or damaged we find ourselves on our right to not refund the return.

Customers are responsible for returning the item(s) at their own expense.  Kindly ship your return package, in the same condition it was delivered to you, with a tracking number, signed delivery and/or insurance because Näz is not responsible for lost returns. If you want to return using DPD/Chronopost please contact us and we can provide the return and then deduct from the refund.

For exchanges only we recommend that our clients place a new order and return the original order because we cannot guarantee that the item will be available at the time that the exchange is received.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order please reach out to us within 24h to orders@naz.pt .

Send us an e-mail with the new shipping address to orders@naz.pt. You can also change your address with our courier in the link they provide in the e-mail you received.

We pack and ship all items within 3 working days of purchase.

National orders takes between 1-3 weekdays. In the EU takes between 3-7 weekdays for delivery once shipped.

We will make the delivery in accordance with agreed delivery dates to every extent possible; however these dates are dependent on work or services to be provided by third parties and can occur some delays.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking will be available after the order has been shipped.

The refund of the product price (excluding any shipping costs) will be processed until 7 days after the return was accepted, we are not responsible for any tax applied to a transaction from the costumer’s bank.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (with 3D Secure system) or Paypal payments. For Portugal we also have Multibanco payments. If you need another option to make a payment send us an e-mail to orders@naz.pt.

Take notice that the transportation of your orders it’s a service made by a third-party company and therefore it’s not our responsibility if there’s any delay or even damage made during this transportation. The time we give it’s a estimated time and sometimes, due to holidays and bad weather condition some delays can occur.

When that happen please contact first our courier because they will have a detailed information, if it’s taking too much and might be lost please contact us through orders@naz.pt .
