Fresh and airy, our best-selling Mara trousers are a summer essential. Made from a heavier 100% linen, they have a beautiful, fluid fit that doesn’t lose its shape throughout the day. We’ve added a hidden elastic at the back of the waist for extra comfort and tucked away side pockets for a clean finish. They are light, breathable, and designed to stay looking sharp from morning to night.

What is Linen?
Linen comes from Flax trees, which can grow in poor land that is not used for food production - it can even rehabilitate polluted soil.
Rainwater is the most used way to cultivate flax, as it needs 60% less water than conventional cotton. That saves 307 litres of water per kilo of fibre compared to cotton (yes, a bit shocking).
How to Care for it?

Wash Less
Rule #1: do not wash your garments every time you wear them, ok? If you have a tiny stain, why not spot clean it?
Wash on Cold Temperatures
Most washing machines are gentler than the old hand wash.
Here at home we always Wash on a Gentle Wool Cycle at Cold Temperatures (30º it's not cold , ok?). And don't tumble dry, please, it will felt that beautiful sweater.
When drying always Air Dry Flat, try to lay it out neatly so it retains its shape forever!
Dry in the Shadow and Iron Moist
Linen tends to get very hard when it fully dries, making it harder to iron. To prevent color losses and this from happening, we advise drying in the shadow and ironing with it a little bit moist, we promise it's a lot easier!
